Despite being a dodgy night at not the best place for a monday night gig, this should be ace. Our first Lonely Hearts night with Cowtown and Cissy was alot of fun, I’m sure they will inform you, but we want to make this one even better. It is the last Monday night we will be doing as LH’s is set to move to a thursday as of next year (thank god) but this should be a stormer to help take us into the new year!
We have a rarish performance by the lovely pop duo - Printed Circuit - bringing you some much needed electro glitch pop….
BUT also Sheffields lovely boys - Calf By Calf, of whom if you are not familiar, I sudgest you check out, having not played Leeds before!
Plus a guest DJ appearance from Broady - 1/3 of the awesome ASBO / HEADS UP crew you may have seen regularly at the Fav.
Inlcuded is all the usual banter from the LH guys - silly comparing, prizes and a quiz, not forgetting good new music ala Animal Collective / Liars / Todosantos / Uffie / DAT Politics etc…
