THIS AINT VEGAS will play their first Leeds date in a while and more importantly their first now that their 2nd album is available. I’ve seen and heard it and it’s rather good – like Q & NOT U with proper man ******** meets GANG OF FOUR/JOY DIVISION. Welcome them back with open ears and joyous hearts!

O FRACAS are new to me; apparently their drummer is like Keith Moon and you may have seen them on the front cover of the highly influential ‘Sandman’ fanzine. They are young too and fit – don’t bring your aged wife.

EAGLE EYE are really banging but I’m quite bored of describing them being in them and everything. They sound like DEVO when they first started back in 1962 and feature me from THAT ****ER TANKS.

Finally, SCARECROWS are members of the now defunct hardcore/fasion outfit THE MURDER OF ROSA LUXEMBOURG. The music now is laid back and mellow friend, just like the Summer of 2002.
