Scaramanga Six, Trumpets of Death, Ultra-Humanitarian

Moose Wrench, a monthly extravaganza of innovative music continues on Saturday, November 20, 2010 @ Santiago’s (1 Grand Arcade, City Centre, Leeds LS1 6PG) and every 3rd Saturday. This time featuring Scaramanga Six from Huddersfield, Trumpets of Death and Ultra-Humanitarian both from Leeds and tunage from da Moose. Doors at 8.30 pm. £4 on door or £3 in advance or concessions. Oh yes!

Scaramanga Six are one of the stalwarts of the West Yorkshire scene, consistently delivering kick-ass shows, catchy yet uncompromising tunes, and impeccable dress sense and we are pleased to have them!

Trumpets of Death reappear on the Moose Wrench stage after over a year. They have steadily gone where no folk band has gone before. Expect mournful dulcet tones over skronk improv and unknown atmospheres.

Ultra-Humanitarian are the improv duo of Seth Cooke (Defibrillators) and Andrew Forknell (A Century of Trees). Think 70s Krautrock minimalist jams and Vibracathedral drones except better cuz they’re at Moose Wrench!
