Exspect the usual eclectic blend of music, Dj’s + bands !!
A bit of something for every one !!

Live bands for the evening will be:

Hayashi are a live band who fuse d’n’b, hip/trip hop, dubstep, grime and electronica influences. They have played with Pendulum, Skream and Prime Cuts. “Hayashi will make you dance while breaking your heart as the walls run with sweat”

Three fab dudes who live in leeds but are filled up with Wakefield blood that threatens to splash out all over drums and guitar strings when they go at it full bong pace. Melvins get mentioned because of the ace riffs they hold but the jazzness of skill-drummer Dave and total Geezer Butler undifference in Kennys bass blasts them into the realms of brand new genius.

Weve been trying to book the oi!cott for ages now !!!

“Us 4 fine Yorkshiremen formed from the remnants of a local Boys Brigade brass band in 2006 and soon decided playing street punk would be our calling. We mix traditional local ingredients of comedy, punk and Oi! to make a pudding of true Yorkshireness. If you like cricket, darts, doms and a good pint of Sam Smiths served by a chatty barmaid then this is the band for you. As well as releasing the LP ‘The Good The Bad and The Googly’, 2008 saw the band play Nice N Sleazy festival in Morecambe and City Invasion in Bolton – next stop – the big one – Rebellion in Blackpool August 2009 ”

Not only can this band bat and bowl – they can field as well!

Since forming in October ’07, Alphadrive have quickly gained a reputation for being one of the freshest live dance acts around. Showcasing “a perfect fusion of danceable dub, breaks and electronica” – (Raise the Roof Festival). Following a string of high profile appearances at UK festivals and club nights, this up-and-coming live trio have supported acts such as: Atomic Hooligan, DJ Deekline, Rogue Element, EMF, Iration Steppas, Exodus, Scratch Perverts, DJ Yoda, UK Apache & Kenny Ken.

Featuring Dj sets from :

P45 (Room 237 / Sequence)

“I’m the promoter of the electronica side of things for a small independent night called ‘Room 237’. I’ve been playing out drum & bass, electronica, ambient and a hint of (good) hip hop music for pretty much my whole life. With the underlying reason to promote music to make you think, my aim has been to select acts that highlight the importance of forward thinking audio that tests the audience from all musical backgrounds. I have previously put on Jamie Liddel, Chris Clark, Milanese, Sqaurepusher, Shitmat, Tim Exile, DMX crew, LFO, Plaid, Cylob, Venetian Snares, Muziq, Luke Vibert, Radioactive Man, Surgeon, Chevron and the legendary Flat-E visual collective to name but a few. I’m currently working on some stuff in the studio and looking to introduce my own live bendiness throughout the country in the coming months. I love putting on parties, I just hope there’s enough people out there to enjoy decent music!”

+ DJ NAUSEA (88.1 Frequency FM)

“I try to play as many styles as possible in for my weekly show on Radio Frequency (Sat 1pm – 3pm) but when booked for a party I like to mix as fast as possible and specialise in extremely hard D’n’B and Old Skool / Ragga Jungle. Began DJing as part of the free party and festival scene in Surrey / Oxfordshire in 1995 and later shared a two year residency with Cause 4 Concern in Manchester.
Appearances since then include the Red Bull Stage at Glastonbury and the mighty Therapy Sessions in both Leeds and London.”

Warm up Dj sets will be provided by High pressure Crew
